• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login secure.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these Terms.

• NotFit is a paid membership. Access to the app requires an active subscription.
• Premium subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
• Prices are shown in-app and may change with notice.
• Payments are processed by third-party providers.

You may cancel at any time from your account settings or through the store that processed your purchase. Cancellation stops the next renewal; it does not reverse a charge that has already been taken. Your access continues until the end of the billing period you have paid for.

NotFit supplies digital content that becomes available immediately on purchase, including video sessions, structured programmes, and downloadable material such as plan and recipe documents. Once that material has been accessed it cannot be returned to us. Refunds are therefore governed by the limited terms below rather than by an open-ended returns right.

• the volume of video and programme content streamed or completed;
• the number of downloadable documents, plans or recipe files retrieved; and
• the proportion of the billing period elapsed when the request was made.

Monthly plans. A refund may be requested within three (3) days of a charge, and this right is available only during the first two (2) billing cycles of a subscription. Refunds under this clause are partial and assessed individually. The first billing period is charged in full and is not automatically returned; where a refund is granted, the amount is determined by reference to the extent of use, which may include:

• Requests are assessed by reference to the date the charge was taken, not the date of cancellation.
• Where a plan was purchased at a promotional or discounted rate, any refund is calculated against the amount actually paid.

Annual plans. A refund may be requested within seven (7) days of the charge. After that period no refund is available for that annual term. This is a settlement constraint rather than a discretionary one: revenue on annual plans is remitted to us by our payment and distribution partners on a semi-annual basis, so funds relating to a given term are no longer held by us once that window has closed. Each renewal is treated as a new term, and the seven-day window applies afresh to each renewal charge.

• Refunds are not available where an account has been suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms.
• Refunds are not available where an account shows evidence of bulk retrieval, redistribution or sharing of downloadable material.
• A refund granted as a goodwill gesture does not create an entitlement to any future refund.

Requesting a refund. Write to hello@notfit.io from the email address on the account, stating the plan and the date of the charge. We aim to respond within five (5) business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, and the time taken to appear depends on your bank or card issuer. Where the purchase was made through the Apple App Store or Google Play, those stores administer refunds under their own policies and the request must be made to them directly.

Nothing in this section limits or excludes any statutory right you may have as a consumer under the law of your country of residence, including any mandatory right to cancel or to a remedy for content that is not as described. Where such a right applies and conflicts with the terms above, that right prevails.

• Use the app safely and at your own risk.
• Consult a doctor before starting any new fitness or nutrition program.
• Do not share offensive, harmful, or illegal content in community features.
• Do not promote, advertise, sell, source, request, or solicit prescription medications, controlled substances, weight-loss drugs (including GLP-1 medications such as semaglutide or tirzepatide, e.g. Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, Zepbound), anabolic steroids, supplements that make drug-like claims, or any illegal or regulated substance, anywhere in the app or community.
• Do not provide medical, diagnostic, dosing, or prescription advice to other users, and do not encourage others to start, stop, or change any medication or treatment.
• Any personal experience you choose to share (including any mention of medications, supplements, or treatments) is your own opinion and experience only. It is not medical advice and is not endorsed or verified by NotFit.

NotFit is a general fitness and nutrition app. It is not a medical, pharmacy, telehealth, or healthcare service, and it does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

NotFit does not prescribe, supply, sell, recommend, endorse, verify, or facilitate access to any prescription medication, controlled substance, weight-loss drug (including GLP-1 medications such as semaglutide or tirzepatide, e.g. Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, Zepbound), anabolic steroid, or other regulated or illegal substance. Any reference to such products anywhere in the app or community is never an endorsement or recommendation by NotFit.

You agree that you will not use the app, the community, messaging, or any other feature to:

• promote, advertise, market, sell, buy, source, request, or solicit any prescription medication, controlled substance, weight-loss drug, steroid, or illegal substance;
• give or seek medical, diagnostic, dosing, or prescription advice, or instructions on how to obtain, use, or combine any medication or substance;
• encourage, pressure, or instruct any other person to start, stop, or change a medication, dose, or treatment; or
• make unverified medical, therapeutic, or weight-loss claims about any product or substance.

Content posted by users is user-generated. It reflects the personal views and experiences of the individual who posted it, is not reviewed or verified by NotFit, and must never be relied upon as medical advice. Always consult a licensed physician or pharmacist before starting, stopping, or changing any medication, supplement, or treatment, and follow the directions of your own healthcare provider.

We may remove any content, and suspend or terminate any account, that we believe violates this section or applicable law, at our sole discretion. Please also read our Medical Disclaimer.
